מדיניות זו חלה על כל האפליקציות והמשחקים שאנו מפרסמים ב-App Store, ב-Google Play ובדפדפן. כל האפליקציות שלנו בנויות באותו אופן, ולכן המדיניות זהה לכולן.
אין הרשמה ואין חשבונות
האפליקציות אינן דורשות הרשמה, אינן יוצרות חשבון משתמש ואינן מבקשות סיסמה, מספר טלפון או כתובת דוא״ל. איננו אוספים מידע אישי מזהה.
מה נשלח לשרת
כדי להריץ משחק משותף, השרת מקבל ומחזיק בזיכרון בלבד, למשך המשחק: שם התצוגה (כינוי) שהקלדתם, קוד החדר, מצב המשחק (מהלכים, קלפים/קוביות וניקוד) והודעות צ׳אט שנשלחו בחדר. כשהחדר מתרוקן או כשהשרת מופעל מחדש — הכול נמחק. איננו שומרים היסטוריית משחקים, איננו מנהלים בסיס נתונים של שחקנים ואיננו מגבים את המידע הזה.
שם התצוגה נבחר על ידכם ואינו חייב להיות שמכם האמיתי — מומלץ לא להשתמש בשם מלא או בפרט מזהה אחר.
מה נשמר במכשיר שלכם
באחסון המקומי של המכשיר נשמרות העדפות בלבד: שם התצוגה האחרון, שפת הממשק, הגדרות עיצוב וצליל, ומזהה חיבור זמני שמאפשר לחזור למשחק אחרי ניתוק או רענון. המידע נשאר במכשיר, ונמחק בהסרת האפליקציה או בניקוי נתוניה.
מה איננו עושים
- אין פרסומות ואין ערכות פרסום.
- אין כלי אנליטיקה, אין עוגיות מעקב ואין פרופיילינג.
- איננו מוכרים, משכירים או משתפים מידע עם צדדים שלישיים.
- איננו ניגשים למיקום, לאנשי קשר, לתמונות, למיקרופון או למזהי פרסום.
ילדים
האפליקציות מתאימות לכל הגילאים. מכיוון שאיננו אוספים מידע אישי מאף משתמש, גם מילדים לא נאסף מידע כזה.
אבטחה
כל התקשורת בין האפליקציה לשרת מוצפנת (HTTPS/WSS).
הזכויות שלכם
מכיוון שאיננו מחזיקים מידע אישי לאורך זמן, אין מאגר שממנו אפשר לשלוף או למחוק פרטים. למחיקת המידע המקומי — הסירו את האפליקציה או נקו את נתוניה. לכל שאלה בנושא פרטיות אפשר לפנות אלינו בכל עת.
שינויים במדיניות
אם המדיניות תשתנה, הגרסה המעודכנת תפורסם בעמוד זה עם תאריך עדכון חדש.

This policy applies to all applications and games we publish on the App Store, on Google Play and on the web. They are all built the same way, so a single policy covers all of them.
No sign-up, no accounts
Our apps require no registration, create no user account, and never ask for a password, phone number or email address. We collect no personally identifiable information.
What is sent to the server
To run a shared game, the server receives and holds in memory only, for the duration of the game: the display name you typed, the room code, the game state (moves, cards/dice and scores) and chat messages sent in the room. When the room empties or the server restarts, all of it is discarded. We keep no game history, maintain no player database, and take no backups of this data.
The display name is yours to choose and need not be your real name — we recommend not using a full name or any other identifying detail.
What is stored on your device
Local storage holds preferences only: your last display name, interface language, theme and sound settings, and a temporary reconnect token so you can rejoin a game after a disconnect or refresh. It stays on the device and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
What we do not do
- No ads and no advertising SDKs.
- No analytics, no tracking cookies, no profiling.
- We never sell, rent or share data with third parties.
- We do not access location, contacts, photos, microphone or advertising identifiers.
Children
The apps are suitable for all ages. Since we collect no personal information from any user, none is collected from children either.
Security
All traffic between the app and the server is encrypted (HTTPS/WSS).
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data over time, there is no store of information to access or erase. To delete the local data, uninstall the app or clear its data. You are welcome to contact us with any privacy question.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
